Fashioned after Marie Antoinette’s private chambers, this underground (quite literally – it’s set in a century-old subway tunnel) craft cocktail bar is festooned with plush banquettes, gilded mirrors and even an authentic doorknob from the ill-fated queen’s bedroom. The cocktails are similarly themed, with names such as 1755 (pineapple-infused Blanche Armagnac, coconut vinegar, coconut syrup, lemon and egg white) and Louis XVI (rye whiskey, Campari, sweet vermouth, pandan and chocolate bitter). Burlesque shows are held on the weekends.
