Former software engineer Zineb “Zizi” Hattab has become one of Switzerland’s most acclaimed chefs with her one-Michelin-starred plant-based restaurant in Zurich’s District 3.
Born in Spain to Moroccan parents and trained at some of the world’s leading kitchens, Hattab draws on her multicultural roots to create bold dishes centred on seasonal local produce, proving that vegan dining can be every bit as inventive and satisfying as its traditional counterparts.
