
Zest is making waves in Seoul’s nightlife scene with its zero-waste policy. Not only does it use locally sourced ingredients, but it also avoids single-use materials and even makes its menus out of mandarin orange waste. Zest also aims to please the palate, serving creations like the City Bee’s Knees, a mix of London Dry Gin, dry sherry, citrus stock, lavender and honey. It’s located in the upscale Cheongdam-dong neighbourhood, near Apgujeong-Rodeo Station.
