Atop the famous garden’s towering Supertree Observatory, the airy 18-seater offers 360 degrees of sumptuous views alongside its signature entremets and bons bons. The artfully made cakes, exclusively available here, are inspired by Singaporean icons and flavours. Gardens by the Bay’s Cloud Forest, for instance, is interpreted as a dreamy mélange of gula melaka mousse, coffee cremeux and pistachio sponge. Custom-made Jesmonite tables co-created with local sustainable lifestyle brand Chokmah make cosy spots for elegant high tea and cocktails.
