You can actually start the evening at Dr Wine, an excellent wine bar at the border of the hipster Poblacion district and the Rockwell development. When you’re done with a dinner of wine and tapas, climb the stairs outside to get to the Kartel Rooftop Bar. Here, it’s all about atmosphere – literally, in this case – instead of the drinks, which are your standard set of cocktails but served in a pretty setting under the city lights.
