Heading up his eponymous restaurant alongside chef de cuisine Benedetto Russo, Carmelo Greco elevates classic Italian dishes such as pumpkin gnocchi and saffron risotto without diluting their personalities. A variety of courses are available – between four and seven – and diners can even opt for à la carte if they prefer. Service is warm and the atmosphere convivial, making it a very pleasant meal at the one-Michelin-starred restaurant.
