The sort of spot that is jealously guarded by those in the know, b.a.r. Executive Bar sits atop a nondescript Causeway Bay block but serves some of the most beautifully crafted drinks in the city. That’s because of Japanese owner and master bar steward Ichiro-San, who delivers cocktails to the very highest of standards. His dexterity and skill in shaking, mixing and stirring are truly a sight to behold, while he uses only the very finest Japanese ingredients.
