Bay Nine Omakase

Dinner and a show, omakase-style

Situated in one of the historic waterfront buildings at the famous Rocks, Bay Nine is an oasis of calm and precision cooking. Master sushi chef Yul Kim takes diners on an exquisite eight- or 11-course culinary journey. The 11-course meal is served at the cosy 10-person counter, where watching the master at work is akin to a thrilling live show.
