Capacity of the National Stadium, where the event has been held since its return in 2016. Kids under the age of four get in for free if they don’t need an extra seat.

Most number of points scored by a player – Kurt Baker of New Zealand, at last year’s tournament. American Carlin Isles scored the most tries, with eight.

Minutes each match lasts for, with seven players from each side playing two seven-minute halves. The cup final match is made up of two 10-minute halves.

Number of different teams who have won the title during the event’s three most recent editions – Fiji in 2018, Canada in 2017 and Kenya in 2016.
5. 12
Total number of times New Zealand has won the World Rugby Sevens Series, the most out of any team. The current defending champion is South Africa.
