Workshop is undoubtedly the city’s prime destination for specialty coffee. Located on the top floor of an old colonial period office, its interior features a classic industrial-chic aesthetic. There’s food, too, but most customers come for the bitter bean in all its forms. Try the organic single-origin Arabica, sourced from farms in the Central Highlands of Vietnam.
