The whole personality of the bar stays true to Bauhaus principles – function over form – so forgo opulence and luxury and embrace its lino floors and science lab vibe.
The drinks list is short and punchy, with a selection of pre-bottled, house cocktails that come with huge ice cubes in geometric shapes. Try the Sotolon, a creative concoction of gin, Bramley apple, fenugreek, agave and gentian. Their classic drinks also include a twist, like coconut oil in a negroni.
