The restaurant takes its name from the Romansh word for “nest” – an apt description of the warmly theatrical space inside the historic Marktgasse Hotel, where vaudeville performers, dancers and even trained sea lions once entertained audiences.
Today, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant serves its signature sharing menu, celebrating exceptional regional produce through imaginative dishes that are both rooted in Switzerland and cosmopolitan in spirit.
