Built on stilts for the 1939 Swiss National Exhibition, Fischerstube has been a lakeside landmark on Lake Zurich ever since.
Rebuilt after a fire in 1957 and faithfully restored in recent years, it retains the charm of a waterside retreat, complete with terraces, a jetty, a fisherman’s hut and a seasonal beer garden.
As its name suggests, the menu celebrates fresh fish from Lake Zurich and nearby waters, alongside seasonal Zurich specialities.
