Founded in 2013 by brothers Dani and David Sanchez, Miró has grown from a small garage roastery into one of Zurich’s best-known speciality coffee roasters.
The company roasts its beans at its headquarters on Brauerstrasse in District 4, while its cafés and coffee trucks now serve expertly brewed coffee across the city. Order a meticulously prepared espresso or filter coffee and pair it with the café’s popular banana bread.
