This beer garden-style izakaya on Jewel’s highest floor is a breezy spot perfectly suited for casual dinners or drinks with friends. Opened in 2022 by locally based Hitoyoshi Group, it offers a wide range of classic yakitori, as well as fresh premium sashimi flown in from Japan. With its diverse selection of Japanese dishes, from sushi to teppan gyu teriyaki (stir-fried meat on a large tabletop grill), there’s bound to be something for every palate.
Of course, an izakaya is not without its libations. You’ll find everything from sake to shochu to Japanese whisky. On Fridays and Saturdays, the restaurant also hosts Tapas Nights, serving yakitori and other finger foods with draft beers, highballs and more.
