PS. Cafe‘s story began in 1999 as a 10-seater café tucked within Projectshop, a local fashion boutique at Orchard Road.
Created as a welcoming spot for shoppers to pause and recharge, the café soon developed a loyal following of its own. What started as a modest retail companion has since evolved into one of Singapore’s most recognisable dining brands, with 10 locations across the island today.
Don’t miss these
No visit is complete without the Truffle Fries. Available in a half portion ($12) or full portion ($18), the iconic PS. Cafe signature features crisp shoestring fries tossed with truffle oil and finished with parmesan shavings.
Those looking for something more substantial can turn to the PS. Full Breakfast ($30), which arrives loaded with eggs cooked to your liking, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, vine tomatoes, baby spinach and sourdough toast.
Other highlights include the Mee Siam Cacio Spaghettini, an inventive fusion of two well-loved classics. Coated in a creamy mee siam-inspired sauce, the pasta is topped with tiger prawns, an onsen egg, tau pok chips, sakura ebi, ebiko and parmesan, while a squeeze of calamansi brings brightness to every bite. The result is rich yet lively, balancing savoury depth with the sweet-tangy flavours that define the beloved noodle dish. Equally satisfying, the Crab & Prawn Laksa ($28) is laden with fish cake, tau pok, silver sprouts, jammy eggs and shredded laksa leaves, all brought together by a fragrant spiced coconut gravy. Rich and aromatic, each spoonful is lifted by the natural sweetness of crab and prawns.
Those seeking something lighter should consider the Sesame Cream Caesar Salad ($18 small, $25 regular). Crisp baby cos lettuce is paired with jammy egg, crispy bacon, sesame crumbs and parmesan shavings, offering a meal that balances light, refreshing flavours with enough substance to make a satisfying meal.
Dessert is non-negotiable. The Chocolate Blackout Cake is available as a single slice ($12) or double slice ($18), served with ice cream and chocolate sauce. Rich, fudgy and decadent, it has also earned its place as one of the brand’s most enduring signatures.
Just as indulgent is the Sticky Date Pudding ($15), where warm sponge, toffee sauce and ice cream come together in a dessert defined by its sticky texture and caramel-like sweetness. For something brighter, the Florida Key Lime Pie ($15) offers a welcome contrast, with its zesty citrus notes providing a refreshing palate cleanser after a hearty meal.
