Bringing a taste of Munich to Singapore since 1996, Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore has spent three decades serving traditional Bavarian cuisine and freshly brewed German beer at Millenia Walk. The three-storey establishment is home to a working microbrewery, a lively beer garden and a restaurant where hearty German favourites are served in a convivial setting.
Celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2026, Paulaner Bräuhaus is Singapore’s first and oldest microbrewery and the only Paulaner Bräuhaus in Southeast Asia. Over the years, it has become a familiar destination for casual drinks, family meals and special occasions in the Marina Bay neighbourhood.
A taste of Munich at Millenia Walk
One of the first things you’ll notice is the gleaming copper brewing equipment. Paulaner’s resident brewmaster produces its beers on the premises, following traditional Munich brewing methods and using ingredients sourced from Germany.
The selection includes Paulaner Weissbier, Lager and Dunkel, alongside seasonal brews. Diners can enjoy food and drinks at the bar, or head upstairs for a more leisurely meal.
The menu offers an extensive selection of Bavarian favourites. There’s the signature crispy pork knuckle with its golden crackling, Munich Schnitzel, Nürnberger sausages, freshly baked pretzels served with Obazda, a traditional Bavarian cheese spread, and much more.
For a unique local twist, the kitchen also serves dishes such as beef rendang sausage and spicy chicken flatbread. Sharing platters are available for larger groups, while cheese Spätzle, a comforting German pasta dish, is another favourite worth considering.
Three floors of Bavarian hospitality
The ground-floor bar and beer garden are popular for catching up with friends over freshly poured drinks. Upstairs, the restaurant offers a more traditional Bavarian dining experience, with generous portions and sharing dishes suited to family lunches, group dinners and celebrations beneath a traditional Bavarian maypole.
For private occasions, the third-floor gallery accommodates parties and corporate events, while the restaurant also provides catering for gatherings held elsewhere.
Those who prefer to dine at home can order takeaway or island-wide delivery through the restaurant’s website.
