The culinary heart of heritage boutique hotel 21 Carpenter, Kee’s is a partnership with chef Andrew Walsh, best known for his Michelin-starred restaurant Cure. Designed by architectural firm WOHA, the 71-seater serves European classics alongside Pan-Asian fare. On weekends, it’s a popular destination for brunch, serving indulgent dishes like Kaluga Queen Osetra caviar served with lemon blinis, portobello pasta gratin, and chicken curry with ratte potatoes. The bar boasts a decent line-up of signature cocktails, including the nutmeg espresso martini, a bracing tipple fragranced with gula melaka and nutmeg.
