For their first Singaporean outpost, the famous London-born brand has alighted on the crown of Jewel Changi Airport. Designed in rich reds, bold marble and covered with handmade crackle-glazed tiles, the airy 81-seater restaurant features a breathtaking view of the iconic waterfall, as well as its signature fresh lobster tanks. You can’t go wrong with the classic lobster roll – succulent chunks of chilled lobster with lemon mayo served in a soft buttery brioche. If you’re craving a burger, the indulgent B&L Beast Burger, which layers lobster meat, brie and truffle on top of a juicy 6oz beef patty, offers the best of both worlds.
