Sentosa’s first working craft brewery, People People Brewing Co. is an expansive 9000-square-foot social space by Burnt Ends Hospitality Group. Located at Resorts World Sentosa, it’s suited for anything from grabbing a casual pint with friends to big company events. The brews, which are made on-site and served directly from custom-designed taps, include the classic PPBc Lager ($13 for 300ml), the refreshingly tart Passionfruit & Yuzu Sour ($14 for 300ml), as well as the XPA ($13 for 300ml) favoured by Head Brewer Nick Calder-Scholes.
The food here is classic brewpub fare – think burgers, fish & chips, and other char-kissed goodness. There’s also a selection of wood-fired sourdough pizzas; the Magherita ($24) is a classic for a reason, while the Pulled Pork Sanger is a messy-yet-delicious pie with slow pulled pork, chipotle, mozzarella and jalapeno. Don’t miss the Signature Rotisserie Chicken ($16 for quarter), served with fries or rice. If you’re feeling particularly ravenous, the Blackmores’ Giant Burger ($58), with a short rib on top of a 100% Wagyu beef patty should sort you out.
