Guided by Chef Daniele Sperindio, the seafood-forward menu offers beautifully presented, accomplished plates such as the Polpo al Josper – perfectly roasted octopus served with potato mille-feuille.
The classic vitello tonnanto which features thinly sliced veal in a creamy tuna sauce hits exactly the right balance here; it’s delicate yet indulgent.
Pastas are very good too. Try the L’Amo tagliolini, topped with aromatic black truffle shaved tabledside, or the traditional ravioli del plin filled with braised beef.
