With seven Michelin star awards under his belt, Chef Noom sets to excite gourmands in Kuala Lumpur. Chim by Chef Noom is an expression of the chef’s passion for traditional Thai cuisine. Though anchored in tradition, Chef Noom makes use of contemporary techniques and high-quality local produce to create his own unique rendition of modern Thai cuisine. The “Thai Food in Four Regions” set is an ideal introduction to the chef’s cooking and takes diners on a culinary tour through Thailand, presenting an intriguing mix of flavours. The restaurant itself is set in a vintage wooden house and swathed in lush greenery.
