Signature cocktails reimagine classics with local twists: a smoky pandan old fashioned, a kaffir lime gin sour and an espresso martini infused with single-origin Indonesian beans. The bartenders are easy-going perfectionists, happy to tailor each drink to your mood or meal at The Chinese National next door. By night, Letterpress becomes a stylish refuge for the PIK set – hotel guests, locals and visiting executives trading stories over meticulously shaken drinks and a jazz-inflected soundtrack.
