Looking for your Pilates fix while in Hong Kong? Head to Signature Sculpt, a boutique studio in Soho offering small-group mat and reformer classes for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. With reformer sessions limited to just three participants and mat classes capped at 10, you can expect personalised instruction, closer attention to technique and a workout tailored to your abilities.

Founded by Australian Pilates instructor Hattie Runow, the studio reflects her belief in combining effective movement with personal connection. Drawing on more than six years of teaching experience, including working with professional athletes, pre- and postnatal clients and people recovering from injuries, Hattie has created a welcoming space for both local residents and visitors looking to maintain their fitness routines.

A more personalised approach to Pilates

Signature Sculpt’s technique-led approach places emphasis on controlled movement, stability and precision. The small class sizes allow instructors to provide hands-on corrections and individual guidance, helping participants understand the exercises and make adjustments as they go.

Mat Pilates classes accommodate up to 10 participants and focus on strength, control, mobility and balance. Reformer sessions are even more intimate, with a maximum of three people using the specialised equipment. Both formats offer an opportunity to develop body awareness and build strength through deliberate, controlled movements.

The studio also offers pre- and postnatal Pilates, with exercises adapted to accommodate the physical changes associated with pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

Pilates that fits your travel plans

Located on Aberdeen Street in Soho, Signature Sculpt is convenient for visitors staying in Central or exploring the neighbourhood’s cafés, galleries and shops.

Travellers can book individual classes without purchasing a membership. Mat sessions cost HK$300 (S$49), while reformer classes are HK$350 (S$57).

New clients can try two classes for HK$550 (S$90), with the option to experience both mat and reformer Pilates. The introductory package is valid for 14 days from the first visit, making it suitable for visitors spending several days in Hong Kong.

Five- and 10-class packages are also available for those planning more frequent visits. Bookings can be made through the studio’s website or the Mindbody app.

Why visit Signature Sculpt?

Signature Sculpt’s three-person reformer classes are particularly useful for anyone who appreciates detailed instruction, including regular Pilates practitioners who want to refine their technique.

Its welcoming atmosphere and flexible booking options also make it convenient for travellers hoping to maintain their exercise routine while away from home.
