Established in 2019, the award-winning Chimney is a neighbourhood cocktail bar born from California-inspired memories. Housed in a historic loft building, its young, dynamic team led by owner-bartender Ellen Xu creates a fun, fiercely romantic and expressive space built for conversation.
The current 26SS “Comfort Zone” menu explores Inside, Edge, Outside, and Return. For every menu sold, 50 per cent of the proceeds supports “A Future Without Violence”, and provides emergency aid to women and children facing abuse.
Upstairs, Bar Eg., the bar within a bar, incubates ever-changing drinks and collaborations, cracking open the experience like an egg.
