This atmospheric alleyway bar in Sydney’s artistic inner-city suburb of Darlinghurst is a love letter to Australian wine. Its 300-strong bottle list showcases mostly local producers, leaning towards the organic and biodynamic. Love, Tilly Devine is also a nod to the area’s shadier past: its namesake was a brothel madam and one of the most formidable underworld figures of 20th-century Sydney.
