Occupying an old warehouse space in Rosebery, just south of the CBD, Archie Rose is at the forefront of Sydney’s craft spirit movement. Clad in concrete, steel, copper and oak, it won an international design award in 2017. Take a seat at the bar and order creative cocktails made with their signature spirits, such as the Last Laugh (gin, strawberry, rhubarb and smoked lemonade), the Moaning Myrtle (vodka, lemon myrtle syrup and blackstrap ginger soda) and the New Sydney Sour (virgin cane spirit, lemon, whites and a shiraz float).
