Based in the former headquarters of Paramount Picture Studios in Surry Hills, this neighbourhood hotel is another superbly executed example, and sits in the same cultural complex as café Paramount Coffee Project and arthouse cinema Golden Age. Its 29 stylish suites combine heritage features (exposed concrete, metal beams) with luxury touches (French linen sheets, Aesop amenities).
