Built in the shape of two boomerangs, Parliament House is set into a hill facing the Australian War Memorial across the lake. Tours offer visitors a chance to see one of the largest tapestries in the world, designed by Arthur Boyd. Exhibitions run regularly at Parliament House showcasing Australia’s history and art and guests can even visit Public Galleries to watch parliament in session.
