While it’s a little far from the city centre, this fine example of Australian contemporary cooking is worth seeking out. Owner-chef Josue Lopez has a deep respect for Australian produce and his exquisitely plated dishes feature native ingredients such as quandong (a peach-like Australian fruit), wattleseed, finger limes, sorghum, painted crayfish, Murray cod and more.
