What would make these chefs happy to get in line?

1. Lucali, New York – Blaine Wetzel, head chef, The Willows Inn, Lummi Island, Washington State

"I would wait in line for days (at Lucali); the pizza is that good."

Wait time: One to over four hours.

2. Howlin’ Rays, Los Angeles – Mei Lin, head chef, Nightshade, Los Angeles

"The line at Howlin’ Rays is worth it for that chicken sandwich and extra-crispy fries."

Wait time: One and a half to two and a half hours.

3. Juno The Bakery, Denmark – Jonathan Tam, head chef, Restaurant Relæ, Copenhagen

"Juno The Bakery (is my pick) – for its Swedish cardamom buns. There is always a huge line... but it’s worth it."

Wait time: 25 minutes to over an hour.
