This Japanese-Italian wood-fired pizzeria is easily one of the most popular pizza chains in Hanoi, if not the entire country. With more than 10 locations across Vietnam, all with chic industrial interiors, Pizza 4P’s was conceived by Yosuke Masuko, a former financial strategist from Tokyo and self-described “pizza maniac”. Masuko makes his own cheese and grows his own vegetables in the restaurant’s farm in the central highlands, making Pizza 4P’s a farm-to-table gem. It’s hard to decide which of the eatery’s creations are the best – from Italian classics to fusion pies like the salmon miso cream and tandoori chicken curry pizzas.
