
With a community-to-fork ethos that celebrates Phuket’s fertile tropical landscape, PRU is shaped by ingredients harvested and foraged from the restaurant’s own 96-hectare organic farm. Under the stewardship of chef Jimmy Ophorst, the restaurant has earned one Michelin star – as well as the guide’s new environmental recognition, the Michelin Green star – year after year for this approach.
