Busanites can’t get enough of dwaeji gukbap — pork and rice soup — and purveyors of the dish are found all throughout the city. One of several such restaurants in a Seomyeon-dong neighbourhood alley, Songjeong Samdae Gukbap has perfected its three types of gukbap (featuring pork slices, blood sausage and intestines, respectively) over three generations. Platters of tender pork can be ordered separately, with soju being the preferred accompaniment to the meal.
