
Choose your own fish at Millak Raw Fish Town, a sashimi complex at the eastern end of Gwangalli Beach. The experience begins at the ground level, where diners can buy flatfish, rockfish, sea bass and other scaly delights from fishmongers. The slicing and serving are handled at restaurants on the building’s 2nd to 10th storeys. Experimental eaters are encouraged to try oddities like the crunchy meongge (sea squirt) and the grotesque gaebul (spoonworm).
