For a central, convenient location, it would be hard to top La Valse Hotel, which is perched on the northern end of Yeongdo Island, just across a bridge from Jagalchi Market (the country’s largest seafood market), Busan Tower and Busan Port. The 29-storey building is packed with facilities, including a sauna, an alfresco café and a nursing room for mothers. A number of La Valse’s sleek, modern rooms have terraces equipped with jacuzzis.
