
Set within the QT Singapore, a luxury hotel in the heart of the CBD, the stylish restaurant – all sensual dark wood and polished marble – is a Manhattan-chic bar and grill serving dynamic, elegant plates. Devilled eggs, served in quirky webbed foot ceramic cups, are infernally addictive, so make sure to save room for wonderful steak tartare, whipped up with flair table side. The ricotta gnocchi served with an ‘orgy of mushrooms’ per the menu, is also good, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the steaks. Try the flavourful Wagyu x Angus T-bone from Australia’s Stone Axe farms. There’s a brilliant wine list if you fancy some grape, but few things beat a crisp Vesper martini at the side of a juicy steak; it’s a classic for a reason.
