Helmed by acclaimed chef Julien Royer, Odette is a two Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant serving modern French cuisine in a beautiful, pastel-hued space at the National Gallery Singapore. A collaboration with local hospitality juggernaut The Lo & Behold Group, Odette is both inspired by and named after Royer’s maternal grandmother. The four-, six- and eight-course tasting menus feature a changing array of exquisitely flavoured and visually arresting dishes, such as rosemary-smoked organic egg; wild Atlantic turbot; and a lemon tart served with basil and a sable Breton. Reservations are essential and should be a made at least a month ahead of your visit.
