Manhattan lovers might appreciate the Midnight Orchard, which nods to the roaring Jazz Age. Of course, the St. Regis signatures remain. The Straits Mary, Singapore’s take on the classic Bloody Mary, is a smoky blend of bak kwa-infused bourbon, chilli padi and gochujang.
