Regulars will recognise the iconic menus scrawled on the windowpanes, faithfully replicated, with its rotation of six classic cocktails markered on fresh weekly. For guests who’d like to revisit an old favourite, the chalkboard menu offers a curation of tipples with a semi-permanent lease. Many are partial to the Sesame Negroni, which blends sesame infused gin with cucumber campari, rosso and dry vermouth.
