An offshoot of its Moscow predecessor, the Russian-owned venue boasts an impressive roster of over 500 labels from rising star producers like Pascal Agrapart, Cedric Bouchard, and Renaud Bruyere. Head Chef Lim Wei Kiat, formerly of one-Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio, whips up flavour-forward dishes like salmon “gravlax” and flame-kissed lamb shoulder, while Japanese chef Keniyoshi Ryohei serves French oysters and fresh sashimi from the raw bar. Dine like an oligarch on holiday with designer tableware and Zalto stems, as s live DJ underscores the plush setting with moody, low-groove beats.
