An offshoot of its Moscow predecessor, the Russian-owned venue boasts an impressive roster of over 500 labels from rising star producers like Pascal Agrapart, Cedric Bouchard, and Renaud Bruyere. Head Chef Lim Wei Kiat, formerly of one-Michelin-starred Art di Daniele Sperindio, whips up flavour-forward dishes like salmon “gravlax” and flame-kissed lamb shoulder, while Japanese chef Keniyoshi Ryohei serves French oysters and fresh sashimi from the raw bar.
