Like a cruise ship, the Resorts World Manila complex is designed so that you never have to step outside for any sort of entertainment. There are the standard restaurants and retail shops, of course, but there is also the Newport Performing Arts Theater, which is home to original musicals and visiting productions. Of course, the casino is also open round-the-clock, attracting a steady stream of gambling tourists who seem to go from the nearby Ninoy Aquino International Airport straight to the slot machines and card tables.
