One of the largest reptile zoos in the world, the Madras Crocodile Bank is essentially a research and conservation trust. It’s immensely popular with locals, particularly children eager to see the more than 2,500 reptiles housed there. They offer a number of guided tours that are both informative and fun, including feeding demonstrations and a night safari.
