Relatively new to the scene, the Nobis Hotel is a stone’s throw from several cultural and city landmarks, as well as Tivoli Gardens. Housed in a building that once served as a landmark music conservatory, the space is a design aficionado’s dream, combining Danish classicism with new Nordic minimalism to great effect. The restaurants are worth visiting, too.
