20 minutes’ drive from Phnom Penh’s city centre, the Seekers Spirit House is a bar and distillery that offers a offers a ‘garden-to-glass’ experience that showcases regional flavours. Seekers has recently launched a menu featuring cocktails inspired by the Mekong river, which visitors can try as a tasting flight or on their own.
