Run by the folks behind Moonshine Asia, Phnom Penh’s sole boutique spirits distributor, the bar offers a cocktail menu with familiar favourites with a twist, like a Sazerac with an absinthe flourish and an tequila-based Old Fashioned. For a more locally inspired drink, opt for the Rice Paddy Gimlet which swaps gin for a ma’om (a type of rice paddy field herb) distillate.
