It doesn’t get any more local than Hub Street Cocktails. Since its inception as a mobile tuk-tuk bar created by its enterprising proprietor Dara Sok, the establishment has grown into a full-fledged bar on trendy Bassac Street, complete with a patio, family-style karaoke room and pool table. In addition to locally inflected signature cocktails and IBA classics, the bar offers a selection of Cambodian bar bites and heartier meals. There’s also a lineup of regular local and international live music acts that keeps the party going through the week.
