Located near the Keisersteich pond and part of the Kunstsammlung Nordrhein-Westfalen contemporary art museum (more widely known as the K21), Pardo Bar is all about art and relaxation. It offers breakfast and brunch, but the real party begins after sundown. The bar boasts an impressive collection of gin, whisky, and cocktails, as well as a spacious area with multi-coloured lights on the walls.
