Nozomi

Nozomi elevates the classic bento box with premium, seasonal ingredients from Japan. The summer menu includes treats like the tai carpaccio salad with slivers of snapper wrapped in mango and served with ice plant salad. If you’re after a little heat, the unagi donabe features Japanese eel glazed with a spicy kabayaki sauce. The little ones aren’t left out either – there are also kid-friendly bento options featuring vegetable tempura, seasonal maki rolls, chicken karaage and onigiri. Nozomi also offers four locations across the island: Millenia Walk, Forum Galleria, Star Vista and Bistro Bytes in Katong.
