Placed in a prime position near the Marina Bay Street Circuit, MONTI offers stunning bayside views and equally impressive Italian fare. In celebration of the race, the restaurant will be offering an all-you-can-eat weekend colapranzo menu from 9 to 17 September. This special brunch menu will be MONTI’s longest yet, available between the hours of 11am and 4pm. For that week only, you’ll get to savour specials like house-made tortellini and cassoeula. The restaurant’s space has also been refreshed, and to commemorate their reopening on 1 September, MONTI will be serving a selection of past favourites like octopus and squid carpaccio, roasted black cod and more.
